The Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) seeks a qualified supplier to provide conference planning services to the Department for the December SAS Institute. This conference is held yearly to update the educational field on the Standards Aligned System (SAS) initiative. This is a restricted solicitation to suppliers who are on the ITQ Training Services contract #4400008567, for both the Conference Planning Services and Professional Education Services categories. Specific requirements of this solicitation are within the attached Statement of Work.
Supplier must meet all requirements and provide documentation to support these requirements.
All forms attached to this solicitation must be completed in its entirety. All requested documentation must be included to be considered for this work.
This contract is governed by the ITQ Training Services ITQ #4400008567 Terms and Conditions and are attached herein.
This contract is for one base year with two (2) one year options to renew.
