This is a paper solicitation, if you require a bid packet to be mailed to you contact person below. Only sealed paper bids will be accepted.
PennDOT District 2, Potter County, is in need of 3850 tons of Driving Surface Aggregate (DSA), SAP Material Number 274912, to resurface an unpaved section of State Route 1009, Segment 40 Offset 0000 to Segment 50 Offset 2741 in Potter County. The project will be completed under the Dirt and Gravel Roads Program. The DSA is specified by the Potter County Conservation District in project design as required in Pub 447, Approved Products for Lower Volume Local Roads. The DSA material must meet specifications as required in Pub 447, MS-045-0004. The DSA material will be delivered by the awarded vendor directly to Department paver on SR1010. Estimated delivery is mid-September 2016.
