Description:
The Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) seeks a contractor to create Assessment Builder items in the field of Science. Details of the services needed are outlined in the attached Statement of Work.
This will be a single award contract. One supplier will be selected to perform the work under this solicitation.
Supplier must meet all requirements listed within the Statement of Work document in order to be considered for this work. Documentation is requested to show evidence of requirements.
PDE request the supplier bill on a per item rate for services. This per item rate will include the work incorporated within the Statement of Work document.
All forms attached to this solicitation must be completed in its entirety. All requested documentation must be included to be considered for this work.
This contract shall commence upon final approval, terminate on June 30, 2017.
