The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking to reduce costs associated with providing vehicle rentals for Commonwealth business travelers by establishing an agreement with a single qualified vehicle rental company that offers a comprehensive, statewide rental program for passenger vehicles, vans and some light duty commercial vehicles. In addition, the Commonwealth is seeking a provider that will provide a high level of service to Commonwealth business travelers, including the ability to make reservations online and by phone, roadside assistance and detailed reporting to the Commonwealth.
