Description:

The Pennsylvania Department of General Services (DGS) is seeking a qualified supplier to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment and incidentals necessary to perform a full range of environmental remediation and investigative services on an as needed basis, including but not limited to, storage tank removal/replacement and/or corrective action services, excavation, soil and groundwater remediation, asbestos inspection/abatement, sampling and laboratory analysis, and waste survey, identification, and disposal, as well as any other related remediation services. This Contract will cover all areas within the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) highway right-of-way, facility property boundary, or the points of compliance, as defined under the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act (Act 2) and any other applicable laws and/or policies. All services performed shall be in accordance and comply with all applicable state and federal laws regulations and local ordinances. The estimated value of the current environmental remedication contract is approximately $2.7 million annually. In order to bid or view this bid you must be a registered supplier .
