The Office of Administration on behalf of the Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers to implement the PSP Land Mobile Radio Systems. The goal is to acquire a new statewide Land Mobile Radio (LMR) Project 25 system (P25) providing voice and data communications for public safety users, including robust reliability, redundancy, availability, and backup without any single points of failure, and all specific requirements described within this document.
