Description:

Shawnee State Park requires services of a contractor to furnish and install fencing and gates along the lake wall for the purpose of deterring and limiting geese access to the swimming beach area utilized by park visitors in an effort to reduce the adverse impact of goose droppings on water and sand quality.
The services shall include but are not limited to furnishing all materials, fencing, paint, labor, superintendence, tools, and equipment required for the fence installation as outlined in the Statement of Work.
NOTE: This contract is reserved for the Small Business Procurement Initiative as designated in Executive Order 211-09 dated November 21, 2011. Only Self Certified Small Businesses which have been certified by the Department of General Services prior to the bid opening date and time may submit a response. Your self-certification form from the Department of General Services should be submitted along with your Invitation for Bid (IFB) response. Failure to produce a valid Self Certified Small Business certificate (which must be dated prior to the opening date of this IFB) shall render your submission non-responsive.
