Description: The Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), Bureau of Point and Non-Point Source Management is soliciting bids from prospective Contractors/Trainers to deliver one (1) Soil Profile Description Course at three (3) locations to Sewage Enforcement Officers (SEOs) for continuing education credits. The courses shall be held in Western Pennsylvania, Central Pennsylvania and Eastern Pennsylvania.  For Western Pennsylvania, the course shall be held within a fifty (50) mile radius of Pittsburgh.  For Central Pennsylvania, the course shall be held within a fifty (50) mile radius of either, State College or Harrisburg.  For Eastern Pennsylvania, the course shall be held within a fifty (50) mile radius of either Allentown or Philadelphia.
