Description: Pennsylvania of Education seeks a supplier to provide technical assistance, training and ongoing support of the PrimeroEdge Menu Planning System (inclusive of menu development and production records) and the Student Eligibility System.  Work to include certification of menus for existing School Food Authorities (SFA) that have not been certified to date and SFA's new to the School Nutrition Program (SNP).  Of the 1,000 entities that participate in the SNP, approximately 155 have not yet been certified for compliance of the new meal requirements.  Additionally, as new SFAs enroll in the program, their menus must be certified by Division of Food and Nutrition prior to operating the National School Lunch Program or School Breakfast Program.  There are approximately 20 new SFAs each year.
