The purpose of this “Invitation for Bid” (IFB) is to solicit bid proposals to engage the services of a qualified vending company to provide installation, servicing of vending machines, and the sale of products through those vending machines, for the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR), Bureau of Blindness and Visual Services/Business Enterprise Program (BBVS/BEP) in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as listed in ATTACHMENT C of this document. This is a three-year term contract with two, one-year renewal options.
