The purpose of this Re-entry Services Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) Contract 4400016353 is to address the Re-entry Services requirements of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Department of Corrections (DOC) and the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole (PBPP)
**Two (2) informational sessions will be held to discuss the Re-Entry Services Overview as well as the ITQ Services Prequalification Process. These sessions are NOT mandatory and if interested, bidders should only attend one session.
Sessions are being held on the following dates and locations. Webconference links are available to those who are unable to attend in person. Both locations require attendees to sign in upon arrival.

Please be aware that the Forum Place Parking Garage is not open for public parking. If you do come into the Forum Place Parking Garage you will be required to pay $25.00 to purchase a token to get out of the garage. NO EXCEPTIONS can be made. Public parking is available in the “5th Street Parking Garage” which is across the street from the entrance to the Forum Place Garage. Daily rates apply at that facility which is run by the Harrisburg Parking Authority.
