Description: PennDOT seeks a vendor to provide a Driver Licensing Knowledge Testing System at each of its Driver License Centers across the Commonwealth. The vendor will provide all equipment, software, upgrades, and maintenance in order to provide customers with the most advanced knowledge testing experience.

The Department of General Services (DGS) Small Diverse Business (SDB) and Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE) program and PennDOT’s Diverse Business (DB) program apply to this procurement. There is an SDB Goal of 12% and a VBE Goal of 3% established for this procurement.

THIS SOLICITATION MUST BE VIEWED ON JAGGAER. PROPOSAL SUBMITTALS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED ELECTRONICALLY THROUGH JAGGAER.

Pre-Proposal Conference:
Due to the current COVID pandemic, this conference will take place via Microsoft TEAMS. The Conference will be held on November 1st, 2021 @ 2:00 PM EST via Microsoft Teams. Registration for the Pre-Proposal Conference is due via email to James Alwine at jaalwine@pa.gov, by October 29th @ 3:00 PM EST. The link to the Microsoft Teams call, or call in phone# and code for those without Microsoft Teams access, will be provided after registration.
