Description: The Selected Offeror(s) will actively recruit businesses, organizations and individuals to sponsor high -volume sections of Pennsylvania highways, as designated by PennDOT, for beautification services which include litter and debris removal.

The Department of General Service's (DGS's) Bureau of Diversity, Inclusion and Small Business Opportunities (BDISBO) has developed a goal setting policy. This Project has been selected by the Department of General Service's (DGS's) Bureau of Procurement (BOP) to be a pilot of the new goal setting policy.  The goals that have been established for this Project are a Small Diverse Business (SDB) Participation Goal of 35% and a Veterans Business Enterprise (VBE)Participation Goal of three percent (3%).
