Description: The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is seeking an Offeror to oversee the complete maintenance and operation of the drinking water supply and when applicable, wastewater treatment, consistent with standard operating procedures and applicable Federal, state and local rules and regulations for the protection of public health and the environment for the following areas:
A. Safety Rest Area Site 41 (Crescent Lake Roadside): located at mile post 295 of Interstate 80 (I-80) eastbound, Pocono Township, Monroe County.
B. Safety Rest Area Site 55: located between exits 202 and 206 of Interstate 81 (I-81) northbound, Lackawanna County.
C. Safety Rest Area Site 56: located between exits 206 and 211 of I-81 southbound, Susquehanna County.
D. Safety Rest Area Site 39: located between exits 262 and 273 of I-80 eastbound, Luzerne County.
E. Safety Rest Area Sites 53 and 54 (operation of water supply system only): located between exits 159 and 155 of I-81 northbound and southbound, Luzerne County.
F. Safety Rest Area Sites 61 (operation of water supply system only) and 62: located between exits 20 and 26 of I-84 eastbound and westbound, Pike County
G. Welcome Center Site K (maintenance of emergency water pressure system and wastewater pumping station only): located at exit 53 I-84 westbound, Pike County.

The Department of General Services (DGS) Small Diverse Business/Small Business (SDB/SB) program applies to this procurement.
