Description: The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is seeking an Offeror to repair pipe culverts on SR 4001 through the installation of centrifugally cast concrete pipe (CCCP).  The selected Offeror shall use a bi-directional spin caster to ensure waterproofing, sealing, structural reinforcement and corrosive protection of:
•Pipe 1: 108 linear feet of 42-inch existing corrugated steel culvert pipe;
•Pipe 2: 52 linear feet of 36-inch existing corrugated steel culvert pipe; and
•Pipe 3: 60 linear feet of 48-inch existing corrugated steel culvert pipe.

The CCCP should extend over the specified length to form a continuous concrete pipe within a pipe.  The selected Offeror will engineer the repair for the depth, diameter, shape, traffic loading, groundwater pressures and condition for this pipe segment.
