Description:
The primary objective of this RFP is to select an Offeror to maintain, support and develop enhancements for the existing Next Generation Advanced Traffic Management System (Next Gen ATMS). As PennDOT currently uses this ATMS to monitor and control the devices throughout the state, keeping the system stable and properly maintained is of critical importance. The Selected Offeror will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting the existing system, as well has providing enhancements to the software. As PennDOT adds more Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) devices and subsystems in the field, these must be integrated into the existing software package. The Department of General Services (DGS) Small Diverse Business/Small Business (SDB/SB) program and PennDOT’s Diverse Business (DB) program apply to this procurement.
