Description: The Bureau of Driver Licensing seeks a vendor to act as a subject matter expert on Commercial Driver Licensing (CDL); lead implementation of CDL mandates; serve as a single point of contact for the commercial driver licensing process; and interface between PennDOT and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA).  The Selected Offeror will provide two staff members, a CDL Coordinator and a CDL Data Quality Consultant, to work on site at the PennDOT facility located at 1101 South Front St., Harrisburg PA  17104.

*The Federal Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program applies to this procurement. The percentage of DBE participation will not be specified for this project, but the Selected Offeror will still be required to make a good faith effort to identify, solicit and use subcontractors certified under the DBE program.
**The Issuing Office will hold a Pre-proposal Conference on Thursday, May 23, 2019 @ 1:00 PM in the Keystone Building, 5th Floor Bid Room; 400 North Street; Harrisburg, PA  17120.
Attendance is optional.
