The goal of this project is to create a database and provide a comprehensive analysis of data to determine if there are correlations between the frequency and severity of motorcycle accidents and the quality of safety training and/or safety habits associated with PA motorcycle owners/licensees.
The Pennsylvania Department of General Services(DGS)Small Business/Small Diverse Business (SB/SDB)program applies to this procurement.
