This Project includes: PROFESSIONAL SELECTIONS. PROJECT TITLE: Atlasburg, Washington County - New Stockpile Facility. BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The scope of work includes but is not limited to Construction of entirely New PENNDOT Maintenance Stockpile Facility consisting of a Personnel Staging Building, Truck and Personnel Parking, four (4) Salt Storage Buildings, Deicing tanks, metal storage building, truck garage and wash bay, material bin, laydown areas for materials and all storm water management as required per municipal regulations. ESTIMATED CONCSTRUCTION COST: $6,800,500. APPLICATION DUE DATE THURSDAY, JULY 26, 2018 AT 5:00 P.M. The PROFESSIONAL SELECTIONS MEETING is scheduled for TUESDAY, AUGUST 28, 2018 AT 10:00 AM.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS OF SHORT-LISTED FIRMS: The following information will need to be provided: detailed resumes for key design and management personnel with references; the firm’s approach to the project, including descriptions of tasks and scope of services, and an explanation of how the approach provides value to the Commonwealth; visual examples of relevant projects completed by the lead design professional and key personnel, with contact information for references for these projects; an assessment of key project issues and risks to the project and a list of professional liability claims and/or legal actions within the last ten years.
APPLICATIONS FOR THIS PROJECT WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED ELECTRONICALLY THROUGH AN E-BUILDER BIDDING PORTAL. A video tutorial is available on the e-Builder site for first time users to learn how to navigate e-Builder.
