This Project includes: PROFESSIONAL SELECTIONS. PROJECT TITLE: New Stockpile Facility BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, a Hi-arch glue-lam style stage building with concrete walls, two winter material storage buildings with concrete walls, 8 truck plug in heaters with plow pad and truck cover, one metal tool storage building, a truck wash drive thru, personnel staging building with bathroom, salt brine manufacturing and containment, dumpster pad for 20 yard dumpster, equipment storage building for front end loader, site fencing and lighting, based on PennDOT standard designs.
ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: $1,800,000.00.

The PROFESSIONAL SELECTIONS MEETING is scheduled for TUESDAY, AUGUST 22, 2017 AT 10:00 AM.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS OF SHORT-LISTED FIRMS: A “Detailed Proposal” will be requested from short-listed firms for this project. The following information will need to be provided: Detailed resumes for key design and management personnel with references; an organizational chart and detailed work plan, identifying key personnel roles and percent of time assigned to the project; visual examples of relevant projects completed by the lead design professional and key personnel, with contact information for references for these projects; an assessment of key project issues and risks to the project.
APPLICATIONS FOR THIS PROJECT WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED ELECTRONICALLY THROUGH AN E-BUILDER BIDDING PORTAL.
