This Project includes: PROFESSIONAL SELECTIONS. PROJECT TITLE: PA State Police Headquarters – Elmerton, Renovation of Department Headquarters Building BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, correct deficiencies in failing exterior limestone wall panels, clean/apply coating and/or wrap/replace discolored limestone panel, caulk exterior elevations at windows, doors and control joints. Replace roofing membrane and upgrade elevators. Upgrade emergency generators capacity for whole building systems. ESTIMATED CONCSTRUCTION COST: $6,925,000.00.

Professional Selections
The PROFESSIONAL SELECTIONS MEETING is scheduled for THURSDAY, MAY 18, 2017 AT 10:00 AM.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS OF SHORT-LISTED FIRMS: Interviews will be conducted with all short-listed firms. The short-listed professionals will be notified as to the date, time and location of the interviews. A “Detailed Proposal” will be requested from short-listed firms for this project. The following information will need to be provided: detailed resumes for key design and management personnel with references; the firm’s approach to the project, including descriptions of tasks and scope of services, and an explanation of how the approach provides value to the Commonwealth; an organizational chart and detailed work plan, an assessment of key project issues and risks to the project; identification of special investigations, studies or testing that may be required; a description of how diversity will be accomplished within the team and a non-binding fee proposal.
