Description:
|
The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) seeks a third-party vendor to supply product images – high-resolution images of the fronts and backs of bottles of wines and spirits, with clear enough visibility to zoom in and read labels, and images of accessories like glassware and barware – for display at FineWine&GoodSpirits.com and for use in marketing materials, including traditional print media, social media and email marketing. The PLCB seeks provision of images for approximately 22,000 products that it already carries in its product catalog plus ongoing photography services/image provision for new items the PLCB acquires throughout the contract term. For every image that is provided, the selected Offeror shall grant an irrevocable, global, royalty-free, perpetual use license for the benefit of the PLCB, which licenses shall survive the termination of the Contract. PLCB should have the right to edit and modify the pictures as needed.
