Description:
|
The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) is seeking Applications to assist with analyzing the PLCB’s current category management practices, policies and procedures; to recommend, evaluate and execute tests; and to evaluate completed test results. The PLCB wishes to ensure that category management practices, policies, and procedures are based on industry best practices to enable the PLCB to reduce cost, improve performance, optimize shelf space to increase sales, and increase customer satisfaction in each of the PLCB’s Fine Wine & Good Spirits (“FW&GS”) stores. The selected Applicants will conduct detailed category management analysis and will benchmark current PLCB processes against proven industry standards and norms.
