You are invited by the Department of Corrections to submit a proposal in response to the Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) for the procurement of Milk and Dairy Products. Those contractors that respond to this ITQ, if found qualified by the Department and receive an awarded contract, will be eligible to provide quotes for Milk and Dairy Products by submitting prices in response to Request for Quotes (RFQ's). OPEN ENROLLMENT for the remainder of the contract period will remain open and ITQ responses will be accepted through December 31, 2018.
