Solicitation/Project#: 12072012 Solicitation/Project Title: Small Business Design
Description: The purpose of this ITQ is to qualify responsible self-certified Small Design Businesses to be selected to receive a contract with DGS.  The contract value will be $0, but only those Small Design Businesses with a fully executed contract are eligible to be selected to perform design services for Small Business construction projects needed by executive agencies at various facilities throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.  DGS will manage the ITQ and the Small Design Business self-certification process.  DGS will select the Small Design Business for any project that needs a Small Design Business and will hold the design contract.  Depending upon the needs of the project, either DGS or the Funding Agency will issue the Work Order to the Small Design Business. 
Open Enrollment will start on December 7, 2012 and will continue to be accepted until May 31, 2015.  A Small Design Business must be self-certified and qualified under this ITQ in order to be selected to perform design services on a Small Design Business project.  New Small Design Businesses may seek to be added to the list of qualified ITQ contractors by submitting a response to this ITQ during the Enrollment period.
Responses will only be received electronically through the PASupplier portal, www.pasupplierportal.state.pa.us , and may be submitted at any time during the Open-Enrollment period of December 7, 2012 through May 31, 2015.

Instructions: login to the PAsupplier portal; select Enterprise Applications; select ITQ Proposal Administration, click the Proposal Button; select "create new' in the dropdown box; click "view" on the Small Business Design ITQ; Read and accept Parts I through IV; follow the subsequent step by step submission processes.
