The Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (DHS) invites interested suppliers to participate in an open forum discussion relative to Notice of Forthcoming Procurement (NFP) # 115643, Actuarial, Analytical, Financial, and Managerial Consulting Services in Support of Medical Assistance. The current contract # is 4400014980, and resulted from RFP #09-13 Reissued. The current contract will end on 9/30/20. Topics for discussion include industry standards, supplier community insight and expertise, best practices and current and future technology enhancements. The event will be held in Room 129 of the Health & Welfare Building, 625 Forster Street, Harrisburg, PA on Wednesday, December 18, 2019 from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM EST.
The first hour of the supplier forum [9:00 AM to 10:00 AM]is reserved for Offerors interested in becoming potential prime contractors for these services. DHS will facilitate this portion of the discussion and will pose questions to interested Offerors in order to solicit input. The second hour of the supplier forum [10:30 AM to 11:30 AM] will be tailored for both potential prime and Small and Small Diverse Business subcontractors. The second hour will include a presentation by the Department of General Services’ Bureau of Diversity, Inclusion and Small Business Opportunities on the Commonwealth’s Small and Small Diverse Business program, discussion relative to potential subcontracting opportunities for services and supplies and networking time for prospective prime and Small and Small Diverse Business subcontractors.

NOTE: Public parking is available in the 7th Street Garage & Surface Lot, which is across the street from the Health & Welfare Building. Parking fees are the Offerors’ responsibility.
