Description: THIS IS A REVISED SOLICITATION

The Pennsylvania Department of Corrections is seeking vendors to submit requests for proposals for the following services:  To provide gender-responsive programming to include cognitive-behavioral programs, intensive case management, and a robust referral system to provide a holistic approach to assisting female reentrants in successful reentry. Services are being sought in the following counties:  Dauphin, Lackawanna, Lancaster, Lycoming, and Lehigh and Northampton.

All offerors are required to create a user profile within the JAGGAER portal.

PROPOSALS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED ELECTRONICALLY THROUGH JAGGAER.
