This Project includes: PROFESSIONAL SELECTIONS. PROJECT TITLE: Pymatuning State Park - Rehabilitate State Park Campground Facilities BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, provide up to 100-site campground, each site to include electric, water and sewage connections as well as ADA compliancy. Demolish existing restroom facilities and construct one modern facility. Demolish Tuttle Beach House facility and replace with one small ADA compliant restroom with 2 unisex units. All site utilities, including but not limited to water source and sewage treatment, need to be evaluated and upgraded as required. Resurface access roads and construct ADA compliant launch ramp. ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: $2,200,000.00.

The PROFESSIONAL SELECTIONS MEETING is scheduled for WEDNESDAY, MAY 1, 2019 AT 10:00 AM.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS OF SHORT-LISTED FIRMS: The following information will need to be provided: detailed resumes for key design and management personnel with references; the firm’s approach to the project, including descriptions of tasks and scope of services, and an explanation of how the approach provides value to the Commonwealth; an organizational chart and detailed work plan, identifying key personnel roles and percent of time assigned to the project; an explanation of how the firm assures high quality bidding documents; visual examples of relevant projects completed by the lead design professional and key personnel, with contact information for references for these projects; an assessment of key project issues and risks to the project; identification of special investigations, studies or testing that may be required; a list of professional liability claims and/or legal actions within the last ten years. APPLICATIONS FOR THIS PROJECT WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED ELECTRONICALLY THROUGH AN E-BUILDER BIDDING PORTAL.
