This Project includes: PROFESSIONAL SELECTIONS. PROJECT TITLE: Wilkes-Barre Readiness Center - Rehabilitation BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The scope of work includes but is not limited to renovate front (administrative) section of facility, to include restroom facilities, replace windows (front), upgrade and rehab HVAC system, replace electrical systems and resolve service issues, design and install fire suppression systems, install small freight elevators, and minor repairs to remaining portions of facility. Work also includes, selective demolition, removal of hazardous materials, renovations to server room, upgrades to interior finishes, vault renovations, and repair of roof and flashings. The armory is listed on the Historic Registry. ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: $6,000,000.
