This Project includes: PROFESSIONAL SELECTIONS. PROJECT TITLE: Schuylkill River Project – Flat Rock Dam Canal Wall Repairs and New Kernsville, Auburn, and Tamaqua Dam Facility Repairs BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The scope of work includes but not limited to civil site work and refacing of concrete canal wall at Flat Rock Dam and repair, replace, construct, reconstruct, demolish, dispose or install; roofing, stonework, concrete, doors, gutters, paving and fencing as needed at New Kernsville, Auburn, and Tamaqua Dam Facilities. ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: $1,036,000.

The PROFESSIONAL SELECTIONS MEETING is scheduled for WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 24, 2018 AT 10:00 AM.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS OF SHORT-LISTED FIRMS: Interviews will be conducted with all short-listed firms. The short-listed professionals will be notified as to the date, time and location of the interviews. A “Detailed Proposal” will be requested from short-listed firms for this project. The following information will need to be provided: detailed resumes for key design and management personnel with references; the firm’s approach to the project, including descriptions of tasks and scope of services, and an explanation of how the approach provides value to the Commonwealth; an assessment of key project issues and risks to the project; identification of special investigations, studies or testing that may be required; a description of how diversity will be accomplished within the team; and a list of professional liability claims and/or legal actions within the last ten years.
APPLICATIONS FOR THIS PROJECT WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED ELECTRONICALLY THROUGH AN E-BUILDER BIDDING PORTAL.
