Description:

The Department of Labor and Industry (DLI) on behalf of Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR), Office for the Deaf & Hard of Hearing (ODHH) is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) to procure the coordination, delivery, continuation, and expansion of Support Services Provider (SSP) services to those Pennsylvanians who are dually diagnosed as being DeafBlind. Services are required throughout the 67 counties of Pennsylvania.
