Description:
The Pennsylvania Department of Corrections (PADOC) is seeking dental laboratory services from a licensed laboratory for adult males and females incarcerated in PA State Correctional Institutions (SCI) statewide.
Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies and physical facilities necessary to provide dental laboratory services to adult male and female incarcerated individuals at SCI as needed and requested in accordance with the written orders of the SCI’s staff Dentist and the approval of the SCI’s Health Care Administrator. It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to perform the dental laboratory services specified.
