Description:

The Bureau of State Library (BSL) has a mission to acquire, create, maintain, and preserve digital materials to provide and support free and open access to digital collections of cultural value for the people of Pennsylvania and beyond. BSL is seeking to have a hosted preservation repository and hosted content management service to provide 24/7 access to all digitized content while maintaining preservation copies of all digital files.
This procurement does not violate the Governor’s purchasing ban of 3.19.2020.” This attestation is the agency’s assurance that they have reviewed the criticality of the purchase and have determined it to be “critical to operations.
