Description:
|
The Lottery is seeking an advertising agency to assist in promoting each of the current and future Lottery products, using various media and providing a single point of contact. The contractor will provide a full range of marketing and advertising services to promote the Lottery and its products. Additionally, the contractor will also be required to negotiate and enter into contracts with a Lottery-approved production studio in the Harrisburg area, uplink facility and at least six major television networks throughout the Commonwealth for the live broadcast of Lottery drawings. Finally, the contractor will be required to identify, evaluate, recommend and purchase community (including responsible gambling) and sports sponsorships on behalf of the Lottery.
