Description:
|
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, through the Pennsylvania Health Insurance Exchange Authority, is implementing a State-Based Exchange for the open enrollment period beginning November 1, 2020. The purpose of this project is to procure Media Buying Services to enhance brand awareness, educate and ultimately increase sales of individual health insurance coverage in Pennsylvania.
This procurement does not violate the Governor's purchasing ban of 3/19/2020 and is mission critical to the successful transition from the Federally Facilitated Marketplace to the State Based Exchange.
