The Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (DHS) is seeking a system integrator for the implementation of a platform-based Enterprise Case Management (ECM) system to serve the case management needs of several program offices. The system integrator will be responsible for the integration of an ECM platform to replace several aging custom-coded systems allowing the Department to realize the benefits of leveraging platform-based tools and reduce the effort to develop and maintain systems.
