Description:

PennDOT is partnering with local municipalities to reduce sediment pollution in the Paxton Creek Watershed as per their Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4)National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permits. PennDOT will award to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder who proposes the best Best Management Practice (BMP) to eliminate the most sediment from the Paxton Creek Watershed.
