Description:
|
The Bureau is interested in securing the professional services of an Offeror to administer, under the direction of the Department, the pre-examination education (PE) requirements for candidates, continuing education requirements for licensees and examination development and administration for candidates for Insurance Producer licenses, Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraiser licenses, Viatical Settlement Broker licenses, Surplus Lines Producer licenses, Title Agents, and Public Insurance Adjuster licenses as well as an interactive customer care assistance center to support the overall licensing examination and education program. Additionally, an electronic application kiosk and live-scan fingerprinting process is to be available at each exam center.
