Description:
|
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is seeking an Offeror to oversee the complete maintenance and operation of the drinking water supply and when applicable, wastewater treatment for Rest Areas & Welcome Centers located in Lackawanna, Luzerne, Monroe, Pike and Susquehanna Counties. Procedures must be consistent with standard operating procedures and applicable Federal, state and local rules and regulations for the protection of public health and the environment.
