Description:
The objective of this RFP is to select an Offeror who can assist PennDOT, as required, in completing appraisal review services at any location within the Commonwealth.
Work that will be performed by the Selected Offeror includes, but is not limited to, activities such as the preparation of the Appraisal Problem Analysis (APA), Waiver Valuations, and other technical assistance. The Federal Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program applies to this procurement. There is a DBE Goal of 5.00% established for this procurement.
