Description:
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is seeking a qualified Offeror to act as a liaison between the public and the department in its continued administration of the Child Passenger Safety Project. This project's goal is to achieve a decrease in the number of children injured or killed in traffic accidents by educating groups such as pediatricians, hospitals, day care centers, schools and colleges on the importance of occupant protection in vehicles, pedestrian safety, bicycle safety, school bus safety. Alcohol prevention education will also be included in this program. The Federal Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program applies to this procurement.
