The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA) are seeking a qualified Offeror to perform planning, requirements identification, data migration, testing, and deployment of a hosted software solution to provide a statewide solution to the Veterans Claims Management process. The hosted solution will support the transition to a paperless environment between the Commonwealth and the United States Department of Veterans Affairs (USDVA)
