The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (COPA), Department of General Services (DGS) is issuing this Request for Proposal for Janitorial Paper Products which include, paper towels, toliet paper, facial tissues, c-fold towels ect. This contract is used by all Commonwealth agencies. The predominant users of the paper products are the Department of Corrections, the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, the Department of Human Services and the Department of Transportation.
