Description:  PSP would like to replace its Mobile Video Recorders (MVRs), as they are at end of life.  As part of this project, PSP may require some or all of the following:
-MVR devices, peripherals, and related hardware items
-Body-worn cameras from the same vendor, that fully integrate with the MVR solution, peripherals, and related hardware items.
-Any additional mounts, installation equipment, networking equipment, batteries, microphones, or other items necessary to ensure a full and integrated solution.
-Install, system/data/user transition, repair, maintenance, training, pilot program, implementation, and warranty services.
-Testing services to ensure compatibility with PSP's mobile solutions, desktop environment, and full computing architecture.
-Data storage and networking services or hardware, as required to support the MVR/body-worn camera solution, to include cloud storage, on-site storage, cellular network coverage, wifi transmission, and any other data transfer architectures that may be available within this industry or solution.
NOTE.  The attached project charter was contains a general outline of the project as initially envisioned.  This outlook is subject to change, pending PSP command staff decisions, related project integration touchpoints, and technological advances that may develop while the RFP process evolves.
