The Bureau of Business and Service Management (BBSM) wishes to obtain a consultant to provide business analysis services for the Infrastructure and Economic Development Delivery Center. The selected Offeror will provide business analysis services to IED DC that will encompass the full range of business analysis services for systems development projects and/or designated components of a business analysis effort for IT projects and solution assessments.
