Description:
|
The Bureau of Employee Benefits is seeking a consultant to provide benefit consulting and actuarial services on a project-by-project basis. The consultant must perform actuarial analysis, benefit plan and design analysis, legislative and regulatory analysis, and expert witness testimony to assist the following programs: 1) Active and Retired Employees Health Program, 2) Active and Retired State Police Health Benefits Program, 3) Absence Benefits, 4) Voluntary Benefits, and 5) programs evolving from Federal legislation including, but not limited to, Medicare, HIPAA, the Affordable Care Act, COBRA and GASB 45.
