BAQ seeks qualified contractors to perform daily compliance testing of coke oven batteries at ArcelorMittal LLC in Monessen PA. The results will be used to determine the compliance of this facility with national emission standards mandated by the USEPA. These federally-required measurements continue the coke oven battery inspection program which commenced in 1996
