Description:  The Department is looking to streamline its business processes in an effort to reduce data duplication between the different program areas. 

To create a single case management system that will service the entire Department.

We need to create an outward facing portal that can be utilized by licensees as a collaboration tool for the easy transfer of information between the end user and the Department. 

A way to pull business intelligence and analytics from the system to assist in making business decisions.

Implement a document management platform that is integrated in the case management system that has the ability to handle records retention scheduling along with full text search capabilities. 

System will need the ability to interface with multiple outside entities (NMLS, Blue Express...).  The ability to accept credit card and ACH payments is a must.
