The Bureau of Motor Vehicles is seeking a vendor to provide Emissions Program Management. The vendor will ensure the continuous and effective operation of Pennsylvania's Vehicle Emissions Inspection and Maintenance (I/M) Program while keeping consumer and inspection station costs as low as possible. The vendor will manage an Emissions Program that satisfies all current and possible future federal and state requirements.
