Description:
The Department intends to procure an IT Consulting and Quality Assurance (ITC/QA) vendor to provide IT consulting services on the design, development and implementation (DDI) of the MMIS replacement systems and system services. This includes developing enterprise data governance by monitoring the transition of data, processes, capabilities and operational knowledge to the replacement MMIS; conducting quality control reviews on deliverables; preparing project status reports, risk assessments, and gap analysis; and participating in federal certification activities.
The vendor will support the development of Program Management Plans and related artifacts (as found in PMBOK), facilitate and attend program meetings, and provide status reports at various intervals.
In collaboration with other service and program vendors, the ITC/QA vendor will provide technical assistance to the module vendors to develop test plans and testing, review and approve all test plans, and confirm all test results.
The vendor will also review security plans; develop and maintain the MMIS 2020 Operations Manual and system documentation; and conduct user training.
